The middle of June already and rain in the morning as I walked over to Bere Marsh, it was fairly quiet, I think the wildlife was keeping undercover, that is until I got back to the footbridge across the Stour to Child Okeford. Lots of action in the Willow tree, some lovely Long Tailed Tit fledgings, doing what they do best and moving quickly from one branch to another! One of my favourites and the fledglings are even cuter.

Then on another morning as I crossed the bridge there was a family of Goldfinches, the fledglings were trying to attract the parents but having no luck.
