The middle of March and a nice day and I took the camera with me when we went out with the dogs for a walk just up the lane. The birds were active in the hedgerows and I managed to get some pictures along the way. The Chaffinch was just in the lane in front of us, I’ve seen more of them than usual this year which is good.

A first Chiffchaff sighting although I have heard them.

the Long Tailed Tit was busy collecting nesting material.

Finally a House Sparrow in the garden we have quite a flock coming in and out to feed.

The Hedgehogs are pretty active and eating well.
